Work under this contract includes furnishing all materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to:
1. Remove vegetation from around the dam and appurtenant dam features.
2. Remove and dispose of sediment from the lake and within the sluice gate spillway. Perform Work of the Contract under stipulated sum contract with the Owner in accordance with Conditions of Contract. Work of the Contract is identified in the following:
1. Upper Piedmont Lake Dredging Technical Specifications.
2. Upper Piedmont Lake Dredging Project Drawings.
