Simpsonville, SC - Greenville Technical College - Bldg. 201 Soffit Replacement
Base Bid work includes complete removal and replacement of the existing soffit system and accessories.
* Reset/reseal existing VR fiberglass batt insulation with new taped joints where open or missing.
* Replacement of damaged light gage framing and batt insulation based on unit price quantities.
* Set new J Trim and eave closure for soffit system.
* Provide perforated soffit panels or solid soffit panels and vented panel at outside edge (minimum 6 inches) wide.
* Provide panel clips, soffit laps and soffit joints for entire perimeter of facility.
* See drawings/details.
* Alternate Number 1 work includes beehive strainers at all downspouts and clean out all gutters and downspouts to grade. Post the attached advertisement and summary of work.
