Drainage improvements on permanent drainage easement on 904 Wakestone Court property. Construction activities will include the removal of approximately 24 linear feet of failing 60-inch RCP driveway pipe and failing brick end walls; and the installation of approximately 24 linear feet of new 72-inch RCP pipe crossing and new concrete end walls. Work shall include any associated work as indicated on the plans, in the specifications, in the bid schedule of prices, or as directed by the Project Engineer.
