A MANDATORY Pre-Submittal Conference will be held. Offerors may choose to attend in person at the offices of the Charleston County Aviation
Authority located at the Charleston International Airport, 5500 International Boulevard, Terminal – 3rd
floor, North Charleston, SC 29418-6911 or by contacting Carrie Stanley at
ccaaprocurement@iflychs.com for teleconference instructions. Offerors are asked to limit attendance
to no more than two (2) representatives for those choosing to attend in person. All applicable health
and safety standards will be followed for in person attendees.
