Orangeburg, SC - SCSU - Wilkinson Hall Stabilization

Base Bid work includes removal of existing built-in-gutters for Roof Area A (including single-ply membrane liner), with new framing, sheathing and built-in-gutters with drainage outlets and drain pipes for approximately 367 LF of built-in-gutter and 280 LF of drain piping. Base Bid work also includes complete removal and replacement of the outboard gutters on Roof areas B and C for approximately 65 LF of outboard and 40 LF of downspout as well as new fascia, soffit, and trim at these locations. Alternate Number 1 work includes removal and replacement of the all stepped counter flashings (set in reglets in mortar joints), half and full ridges and VTR/pipe flashings of the steep-sloped ‘clay tile’ metal panel roof system for Roof Areas A, B and C. Alternate Number 2 work includes maintenance, repairs and modifications to exterior walls and fenestrations based on the areas noted using the unit price quantities.
