Addition to Charleston County (SC) School District Emergency Operations Center

This Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, construction of a 1,290 square foot addition to the existing EOC building. New walls and a roof will have to be constructed. This addition includes adding five (5) offices, a general meeting area with kitchen facilities and a new restroom with a shower. The site will have to be graded with sewer and storm drain installed. A sidewalk will be added to connect the main Bridgeview building to the new EOC addition and the existing sidewalk location from the County office building. New MEP additions will be installed and connected to the existing security and monitoring systems.
