Work under this contract consists of furnishing personnel, equipment, and materials for the Surface preparation and coating application on the hopper exterior and interior, unscheduled repairs and upgrades and schedule repairs at the Eastside Wastewater Plant Sludge Hopper located at 5878 Riverdale Dr, Jamestown, NC. Coatings on the hopper have been tested for lead and results are below the action level requiring lead removal containment. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and tools, required to perform all work listed in these specifications, to include disposal of generated waste.
