Florence, SC - FDTC - 600 Building Roof Replacement
Base Bid work includes total removal of existing roofing systems for Roof Areas A-G down to the deck for approximately 220 squares. Roof replacement includes minor deck repairs, rough carpentry, roof insulation, including taper, and a two-ply modified bitumen roof system. All associated sheet metal components and accessories are included. Work also includes roof membrane and sheet metal repairs/modifications on Roof Area H. o Alternate Number 1 work includes the roof replacement of 12 canopies on the perimeter of Building 600 for approximately 450 square feet. o Alternate Number 2 work includes thru-wall flashing in lieu of metal wall panels at Roof Areas A/B, B/C and C/D.
