COVID-19 WORKFORCE SAFETY PLAN: Bidders must adhere by the guidance set by the COVID-19 Workforce Safety Plan in Section 00 40 00 – BID FORMS AND SUPPLIMENTS and sign the agreement and submit with the bids.

Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work.

A 5% bid security is required with each bid that equals or exceeds $300,000.

The estimated cost of this Project is $900,000.00.
