Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Vidalia (Owner) at City Hall, 114 Jackson Street, P.O. Box
280, Vidalia, Georgia 30475, and immediately thereafter
publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment for the Terminal Apron
Pavement Rehabilitation & Expansion project. Bids received after the stated time will not be accepted.
Bids must be submitted on the complete project and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to:
City of Vidalia, 114 Jackson Street, P.O. Box 280, Vidalia, Georgia 30475; Attention: Nick Overstreet,
City Manager. Outside of the envelope must be marked “Bid for Terminal Apron Pavement Rehabilitation
& Expansion.” Envelope must also bear, on the outside, the name of the bidder, bidder’s address, and
bidder’s license number. All bids must be made on blank forms provided and included in the bound
document or as provided by Addendum prior to bid.Bids submitted without the prescribed information may be rejected. All Bidders should be aware that the
date, time, and location for Bid Submittal and Opening may be modified by Addendum.
