The project consists of storm drain replacement by means of hydraulic pipe bursting; replacement of limited sections of storm drain by conventional open cut installation; replacement and installation of new storm drain structures; connections of existing storm drains to proposed storm drains; excavation of access pits to support pipe bursting operations; restoration of roadway, driveway, and sidewalk structures and surfaces; coordination of utility relocations and protection of existing utilities; and traffic control.
