Charleston, SC - James Island Charter High School Career & Technology Education Addition (20-CMG-R-005)

This Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, construction of an approximately 30,000 square foot two story structure on the campus of James Island Charter High School containing computer labs, a Health Science suite, Culinary Lab, Construction Lab, toilet areas, storage, and other related spaces. The project includes earthquake drains, concrete foundations, CMU with brick veneer walls, modified bituminous roof construction, ACT and some metal stud and gyp board ceilings / soffits, concrete flatwork, typical MEP, with split system HVAC units, fencing, landscaping, and general sitework to include asphalt paving, underground utilities, and stormwater detention. This Project will be constructed on an active High School site, and access points will be strictly enforced. There will be limited laydown and storage areas available, so the Contractor must be diligent about scheduling materials deliveries.
