Farmville (VA) Regional Airport - Relocate Access Road and Parking Lot (19054)

The scope of the Relocate Access Road and Parking Lot project includes the following:


Relocate the airport access road.
Install storm drainage system and SWM controls
120 CD to complete the project
Relocate approximately 1,000 linear feet of access road.
Remove and replace rotating beacon
Remove and replace airfield electrical vault
Reconfigure automobile parking lot
Install new electrical service for parking lot lighting and receptacles
Install portion of airport perimeter fence and gates
Relocate existing 2” sanitary sewer line

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the date of receiving bids.
