Altoona-Blair (PA) County Airport Rehabilitate Runway 12-30 (18075)
The overall project includes rehabilitation of a portion of the Runway 12-30 pavement (approx. 2,400’ x 75’), relocation of the primary windsock and segmented circle, and replacement of the Runway 12-30 edge light regulator. Specific work elements include pavement removal; milling; localized grade correction; crack repair; asphalt overlay fabric; bituminous concrete paving; grooving; temporary and permanent marking; and electrical work related to the edge lights, wind cone, and regulator.
