Hollywood, SC - Baptist Hill High School CTE Addition

Baptist Hill High School is an existing school located at 5117 Baptist Hill Road, Hollywood, SC. The work in the phased project includes, but is not limited to, approximately 10,000 square feet of interior renovations within the existing school building and the construction of a new, one-story, fully sprinkled, 16,282 square foot addition on the current Baptist Hill High School campus. Basic Finishes will include, but are not limited to: SVT, ceramic tile, polished concrete flooring, carpet, acoustical ceilings, paint, casework and marker/tack boards. The package also includes basic electrical services, electrical life safety systems, technology items, and cable trays. Sitework is also part of this contract and consists of the installation of earthquake drains, utilities, paving, sidewalks, curb & gutter, fencing, grassing and landscaping.

Bid Info:   Sealed bids for the Baptist Hill High School CTE Addition (Solicitation No. 20-CMG-B-002) will be received from qualified bidders, properly licensed under the laws of the State of South Carolina, opened and read aloud by the Owner and Program Manager at the Office of Cumming Management Group, Inc., 3820 Faber Place Drive, Suite 600, N. Charleston, SC 29405. Bids received after 2:00 p.m. will be rejected and returned to the Bidder unopened.

All bids are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid. Bid securities of the three low bidders will be retained until Contract award and execution.

Bids will be binding for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date bids are opened.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount.

Bids are to be submitted on the bid form provided, enclosed in a sealed opaque envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, contractor's license number, identification of contract being bid and name of project. All bids must comply with the laws of the State of South Carolina,
