Indian Trail, NC - First Avenue Pond and Pump Station (60-90-02)

This project consists of clearing out 5 lots and installing a detaining pond. A pump station and RCP will be installed in order to capture upstream runoff from adjacent properties and pump the captured stormwater off site.

The Contractor shall be prepared to work and have resources (manpower, supervision, and equipment) necessary to complete the assigned Project.

Bid Info:   Sealed Bids must be received by the Town’s Engineering Department at 315 Matthews-Indian Trail Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079. A wooden box with the Town Seal on it will be left out front of Town Hall for you to insert bids into it. Bids will be read out load thru video streaming. Bidders will be able to view the bid opening via the Town’s YouTube channel.

Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid. An MBE goal of 5% has been established for this contract.

The Town of Indian Trail reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities as it may deem to be in its best interest.
