Renovation consist of interior demolition, new metal studs partitions, Existing toilet room renovation with construction of new unisex toilet room, and new interior finishes installation. Replacement of existing roof top HVAC units. Existing EPDM roof flashing repairs. New site work associated with parking lot expansion. Provide all other work as shown on plans, in the project manual and as required by codes and the local authority having jurisdiction.
