High Point, NC - Cedrow Subdivision - (Bid 14-042920)
This contract consists of providing personnel, equipment and materials to develop the Cedrow Subdivision; basically including, the installation of approximately 197 linear feet of 15 inch reinforced concrete storm pipe, 76 linear feet of 18 inch reinforced concrete storm pipe, 5 drainage structures, 430 linear feet of 6” Ductile Iron Water Pipe, 460 linear feet water laterals with 19 meter setter and boxes, 420 linear feet of 8” sanitary sewer pipe, 800 linear feet of sewer laterals and associated appurtenances, 1,140 cubic yards of unclassified excavation for roadway development including approximately 450 tons of various grade asphalt, 900 linear feet of curb and gutter, along with retrofitting, maintaining an existing sediment basins and removal upon installing a Bio-retention cell and other various items associated with the contract plans and specifications.
