College of Charleston (SC) - Kelly House Exterior Walkway Structual Repairs
Base bid work includes removal of existing soffit, paint, corrosion scale & other materials in locations as identified. Balcony repairs as noted include addition of cold-formed framing members, crack repair, waterproof membrane in the elevated concrete walkways, drip edge, caulk sealing, cleaning & recoating of corroded members, replacement of removed soffit. Stair repairs include removal & replacement of concrete & steel pans, removal of corrosion scale, repair welding, recoating, and other work indicated in the Contract Documents.
