Charlotte, NC - Peachtree Hills Sidewalks Project (PMES171503)

This project will provide sidewalks along both sides of Peachtree Road from Oakdale Road to Crandon Drive, and along Beam Lake Drive from Peachtree Road to the existing sidewalk, and will also fill in a sidewalk gap along Oak Drive. The need for this project was identified during community engagement for the Sunset-Beatties Ford CNIP area. Length = 1.1 Miles

Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work.
A 5% bid security is required with each bid that equals or exceeds $300,000.

The estimated cost of this Project is $1,137,000.
