Charlotte, NC - 215 Poindexter Drive Storm Drainage Improvement Project (SWDES00152)

This project will install new storm drainage pipe and remove failing storm drainage pipe at 215 Poindexter Drive. New storm drainage pipe will also be installed with the Ideal Way right-of way. Work will include relocation and replacement of existing utilities, cured in place pipe liner (CIPP), curb and gutter, private gravel driveway and related activities.

Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work.

A 5% bid security is required with each bid that equals or exceeds $300,000.

The estimated cost of this Project is $657,500.

Please submit questions or inquiries at least seven (7) calendar days before the Bid Due Date. Questions or inquiries past this deadline may not be addressed by the City prior to the Bid Due Date.
