Charlotte, NC - Rozzelles Ferry Pedscape (PMES181540)

The project will provide improvements such as, street resurfacing, new wheel chair ramps and the installation of pedestrian refuge medians in key location along Rozzelles Ferry Road from Stewart Avenue to Whitehaven Avenue. Driveways and sidewalks in key locations will also be improved. The project’s goal is to provide pedestrians a safe route to cross the street and medians to utilize while vehicular traffic is traveling in both directions. The project will also install street trees in key locations and landscaping in key refuge medians. The project involves construction of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, stamped concrete median, paving, grading, drainage and utilities.

Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work.
A 5% bid security is required with each bid that equals or exceeds $300,000.

The estimated cost of this Project is $1,055,000.00.
