All Bidders submitting a Bid shall have a current valid Contractor’s License for the State of South Carolina. This license number shall be shown on the bid form immediately below the signature identification and on the face of the sealed envelope containing the submitted Bid. Subcontractors who will be engaged by the General Contractor shall also hold the required licenses. The successful Bidder and all subcontractors will be required to obtain any business license required prior to beginning work, if said Bidder does not have the required license. BID SECURITY: Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check of the Bidder, or a Bid Bond duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company qualified to do business under the laws of the State of South Carolina and satisfactory to the owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid.

Job Purchase Information:

A printed bid set is $50.00 plus applicable sales tax.

A printed bid set & CD is $75.00 plus applicable sales tax.

A set is also available for download from this site in PDF for $50.00 plus applicable sales tax. Downloads do not include addenda, they are all available on the "Addenda" tab of this page. Once payment is secured, you will receive an email that your files are ready to download from your account.

Purchase of entire bid set includes all plans and specifications, including any addenda released at time of order. Planholders will be notified by email when future addenda are issued and it will be the responsibility of each plan holder to download the addenda. Shipping, if required, will be charged to each order.

Online orders are filled within 1-2 business days.


Existing planholders will be notified by email upon the release of any addenda. Failure to order bid sets through Duncan-Parnell may prevent you from being notified of issued addenda. Printed copies of addendum will be available at no additional charge. Shipping, if required will be charged. Contact your local Duncan-Parnell office to request a printed set of addenda files.
