ReAdvertisement - Charlotte NC - Louise Avenue Parking Lot Improvements (512-17-004)

This project is located at 829 Louise Avenue and 1132 Otts Street. It will replace the existing deteriorating asphalt pavement. Concrete areas will be installed in place of asphalt when financially feasible for the high volume areas. Full depth reclamation of existing asphalt will be used in areas where the conditions are appropriate. Work will include grading, milling, asphalt pavement, full depth reclamation, concrete pavement, pavement marking and other related activities.

Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work.
A 5% bid security is required with each bid that equals or exceeds $300,000.

The estimated cost of this Project is $1,890,358.25.
