Project scope includes (2) buildings and associated sitework. Interested parties are to provide bid proposals for the renovation of both buildings as a single contract.

Building A: Existing 21,382 sf, two-story building with (19) residential units. In each residential unit, remove existing appliances, fixtures, cabinetry, and finishes. Install new HVAC, plumbing fixtures, kitchen appliances, and finishes. Replace light fixtures in common areas.

Building B: Existing 29,449 sf, three-story building with (36) residential units. In each residential unit, remove existing appliances, fixtures, cabinetry, and finishes. Install new HVAC, plumbing fixtures, kitchen appliances, and finishes. Replace light fixtures in common areas. Install new exterior siding and new roof.
