LYNX BLE Contract 1B - Advanced Public Utility Relocation Segment B

This Project involves advanced public utility relocation work for construction of the Blue Line Extension (BLE) Segment B. The Project extends from north of proposed Old Concord Road Station to north of Stetson Drive. The Work involves grading, erosion control, demolition, cut and reface of an existing building, traffic control, construction of joint utility duct bank, retaining walls, water main and sanitary sewer installation and related works.

Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the Work. A 5% bid security is required with each Bid that equals or exceeds $100,000.00. The estimated cost of this Project is $5,584,000.00.

Please submit questions or inquiries at least seven (7) calendar days before the Bid Due Date. Questions or inquiries past this deadline may not be addressed by the City prior to the Bid Due Date.
