University City Boulevard (NC 49) Multi-Use Path (512-08-042)
This project will construct 10 ft brick paver and asphalt sidewalk along the NW side of University City Boulevard just past Broadrick Boulevard to John Kirk Drive and from John Kirk Drive to East Mallard Creek Church Road. The project will also include grading, storm drainage, driveway and modular retaining wall construction and handrail installation.

The contract entered into by and between the successful Bidder and the City will be subject to the requirements of a financial assistance contract between the City and the U.S. Department of Transportation.
