Sealed bids will be received jointly by Lisa Ackerman, Director of Procurement and Special
Projects, Georgetown County School District, and Mike Rolison, AIA, SGA Architecture and, in
the J. B. Beck Administration and Education Center, Room C121, 2018 Church Street,
Georgetown, South Carolina. Responses will be opened and the proposer’s name and bid
amount will be read aloud.
Responses may also be submitted via the US Postal Service or by Express Delivery to
Georgetown County School District, Attention: Lisa Ackerman, Director of Procurement and
Special Projects, 2018 Church Street, Georgetown, South Carolina, 29440. Bidders shall be
solely responsible for the delivery of their bids in the manner and time prescribed. An abstract
summary of submitted bids will be made available to all bidders following bid opening.
