Work to be bid under this project shall be for subcontractor work only. General
Contractor has already been selected. Sealed proposals will be received by the project
owner at 3400 Westgate Drive, Durham, North Carolina until Wednesday, May 23rd at
2:00 p.m. for the furnishing of materials, labor, and equipment for the renovation of the
existing ± 52,000 sq ft grocery store located at 3703-A High Point Road, Greensboro,
North Carolina.
