Work of this proposed Contract includes, but is not limited to, materials and labor for the removal (and disposal) of designated floor and wall finishes (tile), concrete masonry unit partitions, plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, various mechanical and electrical devices, AND, the furnishing and installation of materials and labor for floor and wall finishes (tile), plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, various mechanical and electrical devices. Required submittals, demonstration, and other documentation and reporting is also part of the Work.

PreBid Info:   The Pre-Bid Conference will be held in the Cafeteria at Georgetown High School, 2500 Anthuan Maybank Drive, Georgetown, South Carolina. Owners’ representative and the Architects’ representative shall be on-site to assist with clarifications and receive any questions and comments from the Potential Bidders.

Following the Pre-Bid Conference, there shall be limited access to the Project Site. Access will be granted by pre-approved appointment only through the office of the Architect (SGA Architecture) attn. Mike Rolison (843) 979-5250. No Potential Bidder, sub-contractor or supplier is authorized on school premises without prior authorization of the District’s representative.

Sealed bids will be received jointly by Lisa Ackerman, Director of Procurement and Special Projects, Georgetown County School District, and Mike Rolison, AIA, SGA Architecture and, in the J. B. Beck Administration and Education Center, Room C121, 2018 Church Street, Georgetown, South Carolina. Responses will be opened and the proposer’s name and bid amount will be read aloud.
