B. Beck Administration and Education Center, Room C121, located at 2018 Church Street, Georgetown, South Carolina.

All bids are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check not less than five percent (5%) of base bid. Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of contract amount will be required of the successful bidder. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided, enclosed in an opaque, sealed envelope bearing the bidder's name, solicitation number “10015.23”, “Georgetown County School District”, “Andrews High School – Athletic Overflow Parking”, Date of Opening, Contractor's/Bidder's License numbers on the outside. Bid Bond, and Undertaking of Insurance form shall be attached with the Bid.
