Therefore, companies interested in bidding on this project must have submitted the following two documents to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Utilities before they will be allowed to purchase bid documents for this project:
• Charlotte-Mecklenburg Utilities Contractor Statement. This document is available at http://cmucontracts.charmeck.org and must be completed by the company purchasing bid documents.
• A copy of articles of incorporation, general contractor’s license or business license, or letter of good standing from the Secretary of State.
The company purchasing the bid package will not allow any of the Sensitive Information to be reproduced in any manner or under any circumstances.
