Bidding Requirements: Proposals must include a deposit with the City of High Point of a certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The bidder may also file a bid bond executed by a corporate surety. The deposit will be retained if the successful bidder fails to execute the contract within 10 days after award.
