The project will widen the sidewalk along the east side of 5th Street from Light Rail to N College Street. Also, project will reconfigure the radius on the west side to eliminate the long and skewed pedestrian crossing. The storm water project will upgrade storm drainage pipe in College Street from 5th Street to Trade Street.
