The HPHA will receive cost proposals at 500 East Russell Avenue, High Pont, NC for lawn service at the Astor Dowdy site until 10:00am local time, Thursday July 22, 2010, in the Commissioners Chambers. The cost proposals will immediately be received at the specified time. The Housing Authority of the City of High Point reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals and to waive minor informalities in the bidding process.
