Bid Info:   Pursuant to General Statutes of North Carolina, Section 143-129, sealed bids are requested and will be received by the City of Raleigh, Parks and Recreation Department at 333 Fayetteville Street (Capital Bank Bldg), Suite 300, Raleigh, North Carolina 27601 up to the time of 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 (revised bid date - see Addendum #1), and immediately thereafter publicly opened.

Bids will be received for single prime contracts for General Construction. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
